Boat Docks
The Emerson at Rocky Point is proud to offer 12 boat slips and dry lifts exclusively to our residents and guests of residents. From the Emerson Port, residents can also enjoy fishing and launch kayaks and paddle boards.
Rentals Available
Our residents don’t need a boat to enjoy The Emerson Port! Launch from our dock using your own gear or rent some equipment from our front office. With the Bay in your backyard, the activities are endless!
